Jimmy Dusharm brings a dynamic blend of energy, experience, and passion to the LCCC Golden Eagles women's basketball program. Known for his commitment to player development and team culture, Coach Dusharm is dedicated to helping student-athletes excel both on the court and in the classroom.

Before joining LCCC, Dusharm served at multiple collegiate programs including Dickinson State University, Lincoln College, St. Cloud State University, and Waldorf University. His journey through these institutions has shaped his coaching philosophy rooted in player development and competitive excellence. During his latest stint at Dickinson State University, Dusharm made a significant impact, where he successfully recruited three state champions and signed a standout recruiting class of 13 newcomers. His ability to identify and attract top talent reflects his strategic approach and deep understanding of the game.

A native of Foley, Minnesota, Dusharm’s basketball journey began as a practice player at St. Cloud State University, where he developed a deep appreciation for the game. His coaching career was sparked through his early role as a team manager, laying the foundation for his hands-on approach and commitment to growth.

Coach Dusharm is excited to contribute to the program’s competitive edge in Region IX, working alongside Head Coach Dani Rinaldo to build a winning culture and strong relationships within the campus and Cheyenne community.
