Dayton Crocker brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role as Assistant Coach at Laramie County Community College. With a diverse background in both playing and coaching, Dayton has honed his leadership skills and athletic development strategies, making him an invaluable asset to the LCCC men’s soccer program.

A former standout player, Dayton played collegiate soccer for Gordon College, where he contributed to the team’s Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship in 2021 and earned All-Conference Third Team honors. His time at LCCC as a player was equally impressive, playing an integral role in the Region 9 and North Central District Championship victories in the 2020 and 2021 Campaings, while competing in consecutive NJCAA National Tournaments. Prior to his collegiate career, Dayton served as captain for FC Dallas' 00 Boys team, leading them to two Texas State Championships, a Regional Title, and a National League Runner-up finish.

As a coach, Dayton served as the Varsity Head Coach and Assistant Head Coach at Covenant Christian Academy in Massachusetts. In 2024, he helped lead the program to the MBIL Finals and the NEPSAC Class D Semifinals, finishing with a 14-1-2 record. His strong track record in player development emphasizes technical growth, tactical awareness, physical preparation, and character development.

In 2025, Dayton returned to his alma mater as an Assistant Coach for the LCCC Men's Soccer program. During his first year on staff, he played a key role in recruiting, player development, scouting, opponent analysis, and day-to-day program operations. Drawing on his experiences as both a Golden Eagle student-athlete and coach, Dayton is committed to helping players reach their full potential on the field, in the classroom, and beyond graduation.

Dayton's coaching philosophy is built around accountability, discipline, resilience, and teamwork. He strives to create an environment where student-athletes are challenged daily, supported in their development, and prepared for success at the next level, whether that be academically, athletically, or professionally.
