The Golden Eagles kicked off their home season in spectacular fashion, sweeping Ranger College from Texas in straight sets (3-0) in front of an energized home crowd.

The team came out firing in Set 1, hitting a season-high .416 as a unit, setting the tone for the rest of the match. Sophomore outside hitter Ella Lopez led the charge with an impressive 14 kills and 9 digs, showcasing her all-around game.
